Possible kidnapped pooch:

RUBY a pregnant or now momma pit mix. She has been stolen by her
transporter. The woman's name is GRACE GANNON FOUT. She is known around
the Renfroe Valley, KY area - possibly a vet with a "history".
She was last
driving a Buick Ranier with OHIO plates. She has recently been arrested
and has a court date coming up. This dog was saved from a kill shelter
and Ms. Fout took money to transport Ruby.
